PROPOSED MOTION:  Authorize staff to move forward with application for Federal Assistance for the purchase of two new police vehicles and a computer server and switch for the Police Department and have the Mayor sign all required grant application forms.

PROPOSED MOTION:  Assign Lease #LEA2016-02 with Florida Fiber to OTI Fiber, LLC d/b/a Opticaltel and authorize Mayor to sign upon the condition that the rent is paid in full no later than 1/13/2017 and proof of insurance is provided by 1/20/2017.
