PROPOSED MOTION:  I move to authorize City Administrator to discuss terms of sale of the surplus property located at 12008 Deleware with the individuals/entity who submitted the highest proposal and convey same to Council for further action.  Further, the City Administrator shall be directed to discuss terms of sale with the individuals/entity who submitted the second highest proposal, should Council elect not to enter into an Agreement with the individuals/entity who submitted the highest proposal.
