REPORT FROM FLORIDA GOVERNMENTAL UTILITY AUTHORITY (FGUA) ON PHASE 2 UTILITY ACQUISITION DUE DILIGENCE RESULTS - STEVE SPRATT, SYSTEMS MANAGER
PROPOSED MOTION:  I move to accept Phase 2 Utility Acquisition results, authorizing staff to work with FGUA on Phase 3 Acquisition including scheduling of public interest hearing divesting the water and sewer utility system to the FGUA, Negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreement, Interlocal Agreement, including Marion County, and a Transition Agreement.
