Services:               Provides long-term stategy for the City's growth, including preservation of
                            the natuaral environment, enhancing neighborhoods and businesses
                            through a Community Redevelopment program. Reviews zoning
                            proposals, provides administrative assistance and guidance to the Planning
                            Commission, Historic Preservation Board, CRA advisory Committee, Code
                            Board/Board of Adjustments and oversees all functions of the building
                            department.
