Notice Of Public Hearing To Review Proposed Text Amendment To The City Of Dunnellon Comprehensive Plan #CPA2020-04
By The Planning Commission Of The City Of Dunnellon, Florida, Serving As The Local Planning Agency Of The City Of Dunnellon, Florida, Notice Is Hereby Given that, pursuant to Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, and Section 94-37 of the City of Dunnellon Land Development Regulations, comments, objections and recommendations regarding the proposed text amendment to the City of Dunnellon Comprehensive Plan will be heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Dunnellon, Florida, at a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard, in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, located at 20750 River Drive, Dunnellon, Florida and utilizing Communications Media Technology (CMT) via the Zoom platform audio only.
An Ordinance Of The City Of Dunnellon, Florida, ORD2020-11, Providing For Textual Comprehensive Plan Amendments To The Future Land Use Element By Including Solar Farms In Policy 1.7 And 1.8; Providing For Transmission; Providing For Severability; Providing For Conflicts; And Providing For An Effective Date.
At the aforementioned public hearing, all interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed text amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan. If necessary, this public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates without any further written notice.
The application, filed under application number PZ20200073 submitted by the City of Dunnellon, together with any back-up materials may be reviewed at City Hall, 20750 River Drive, Dunnellon, FL, 34431, or electronically upon request. Notice is given that if any person desires to appeal any action taken by the Planning Commission at the above hearing, a verbatim record of the proceedings may be necessary pursuant to Florida Statutes, 286.0105. The City assumes no responsibility for furnishing said record, however, the hearings will be audio recorded by the City for public use.
