The City of Dunnellon is now able to notify all customers of water/sewer issues through the Reverse 411/911 telephone system. Customers are asked to make sure an updated phone number is on file with the city's utility billing department. Customers received a letter with the June billing statement detailing the new system. A copy of the letter and the form to update contact information is also available on the city's website under the header: "Departments-Public Services-Utilities/Water & Sewer" and also the "Services" menu.
