Description
Centennial Park is located at the western portion of the city hall property annually adorned by the community Christmas tree, a southern style gazebo, and a time capsule constructed and celebrated during the city's centennial festivities.
Located along the banks of the Withlacoochee River behind city hall, is a boat ramp facility and floating dock. The city has provided restroom facilities, a large deck w/bench seating, and open grassy area sloping down to the river. This is a great place for events including concerts, sunrise services, and fishing tournaments.
Parking
Overflow boat trailer parking is available at Datesman Park.
Reservations
This park can be reserved by calling City Hall at (352) 465-8500. Reservations for parties of 25 or more would be considered a special event and would require a permit.
