- Right of Way Application (driveway aprons and other ROW work)
- Sign Application
- Special Event Permit Application
- Tent Permit Application (required for tents or canopies larger than 10'x10')
- Tree Removal Permit Application (not for site clearing and new development)
*Note: Change of Occupancy/Occupant is required when opening or moving a business within the City limits. A Change of Occupancy/Occupant generates the required inspections for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.). You must obtain a C.O. prior to opening your business and you must obtain a Business Tax Receipt.
